With the support of foreign aid funds granted by Chinese government and with the aim of strengthening the talent pool in top commercial officials and management professionals of recipient countries, the Academic Education Programs Sponsored by the Ministry of Commerce of the People’s Republic of China is initiated by the Ministry of Commerce to train high-end, versatile and application-oriented talents in politics, economy and trade, foreign affairs, agriculture, science, education, culture, health, energy, traffic, public management and other fields for recipient countries in a bid to boost their economic and social development through education.
