Visa Extension Process: Students who meet the conditions for visa extension can receive the visa extension materials and go to the local police station and immigration center for visa extension procedures. Students who need to extend your visa or residence permit, students please take the passport to the SIE Office 30 DAYS in advance before the visa or residence permit is going to expire. Usually, the university will give valid visa or residence permit until July, 15th, October, 15th, or January, 15th to students each year.

Scholarship students: Please take your passport to the SIE office to get the recommendation letter and contact card.

Self-supported students: please pay tuition, accommodation fee, insurance fee of next academic year first and then take the receipt and your passport to the SIE office to get the recommendation letter and contact card.
