In order to enrich the campus life, create a better living space and promote the emotion communication between international students, SIE successfully hosted the Best International Students Apartment Competition on May 4 and held the Commendation Conference on May 10.

On May 4, leaders and teachers of SIE visited the apartment together. The final grades were depended on sanitary conditions, decorations and presentations. International students attached great importance to this competition and had enthusiasm for preparing this. Not only did students do cleanings, but make full use of creativity and use simply materials to decorate the apartment. Referred to the final grades, 3401 won the first prize, 2302 and 2101 won the second prize, and 2102, 3302 and 3301 won the third prize. The Coziest Apartment Award, the Best Design Award and the Most Popular Award, were specially set in the competition.

On May 10, SIE held the Commendation Conference. In the commendation conference, the pictures of prized apartments were shown to others students and called for other apartments to learn from them. The prized apartments were awarded prizes in the conference.

The Best International Students Apartment Competition is aimed to promote the emotion communication between students, form their living habits and cultivate creativity and imaginations. Eventually, let international students study and work better in Emei campus.
