西南交通大学的语言生项目专注于汉语学习和中国文化体验。西南交通大学国际教育学院每学期都为不同汉语水平的国际学生开设多种汉语课程和文化课程。学生根据入学测试结果参加相应层级的班级学习。经验丰富的教师和小班教学将确保获得良好的教学效果。
一、申请日期
春季入学申请即日起至2027年1月1日；秋季入学申请从2027年3月1日起至2027年6月30日。
注：春季学期从3月至7月，秋季学期从9月至12月。
二、项目信息
1. 授课语言：英文+中文
2. 项目目标：
初级班：通过HSK3级；中级班：通过HSK4/5级
3. 项目时长：
初级班：2学期；中级班：1学期
4. 费用：
a.报名费：400元/人
b.保险：1000元/人/年
c.学费：7000元/人/学期，14000元/人/学年
d.住宿费：365元/月/人（犀浦校区留学生公寓两人卧室，不含水电费）。
注：报名费恕不退还。一旦课程开始，所有费用将不予退还；学生可以住在校外，也可以在有条件的情况下申请校内公寓。
三、申请条件
1. 非中国籍公民，身心健康；遵守中华人民共和国法律法规和学校规章制度，无违法违纪记录。
2. 申请人年龄需17-50周岁；
3. 申请人应能负担项目期间在华学习和生活费用；

1. 学校系统申请（非常重要）：请在学校申请系统(https://admission.swjtu.edu.cn)中提交申请。
2. 学校初审：学校按照招生要求，对申请人资格进行初审。初审合格的申请人须缴纳申请费人民币400元。无论是否录取，申请费不予退还。
3. 发放录取通知书：录取后，学校将提供《录取通知书》及签证申请表（DQ/JW202）等文件。
六、其他事项
1. 申请人必须确保申请材料的真实性，一经查实材料不实，将取消申请人资格。
2. 所有申请须在线提交，不接受电子邮件申请或纸质材料申请。
3. 请务必提供正确的电子邮件地址和邮寄地址。我们将通过电子邮件确认每项重要信息，请务必每天查看。
4. 在读期间，须遵守中华人民共和国的法律、法规和西南交通大学的校纪、校规。若学生出现违法、违纪或违规行为，学校将按相关规定处理，所有后果由学生本人承担。
5. 该简章最终解释权归西南交通大学国际教育学院所有。

Application Documents Requirements for Chinese Language Learning Programs
1. 护照首页扫描件Scanned Copy of Passport Home Page. 如现持有护照有效期不符合要求(护照有效期应晚于 2027 年 9 月)，请及时换发新护照。If the validity of the applicant’s current passport does not meet the requirement (meaning the passport expires before September 2027), please apply for a new passport before submitting the application.
2. 经公证的学历证明Notarized academic certificate. 如果文件不是英文或中文，请提供经过公证的翻译件。Please provide notarized translation if the documents are not in English or Chinese.
3. 成绩单Academic Records. 如果文件不是英文或中文，请提供经过公证的翻译件。Please provide notarized translation if the documents are not in English or Chinese.
4. 《外国人体格检查表》扫描件。Scanned copy of the Foreigner Physical Examination Form. 申请人须保存原始体检表。本表由中国卫生检疫部门统一印制，需用英文填写，可以从https://en.swjtu.edu.cn/FOREIGNER_PHYSICAL_EXAMINAT_ON_FORM.pdf下载。体检必须包括《外国人体格检查表》所列的所有项目。不完整、无主治医生签名、无医院公章、无申请人盖章的照片，均视为无效。体检结果有效期仅为6个月，请慎重安排体检时间。The original form should be kept by the applicant. The form is uniformly printed by Chinese healthy quarantine departments. It must be written in English and can be downloaded from https://en.swjtu.edu.cn/FOREIGNER_PHYSICAL_EXAMINAT_ON_FORM.pdf. The physical examinations must cover all of the items listed in the Foreigner Physical Examination Form. Incomplete forms or forms without the signature of the attending physician, or the official stamp of the hospital, or a sealed photograph of the applicant are considered as invalid. Please carefully plan your physical examination schedule as the result is valid for only 6 months.
5. 由银行出具的申请人的对账单、存款证明或担保人签署的担保证明。Applicant’s Bank Statement or Certificate of Deposit or the statement of financial support signed by sponsor.
它必须涵盖在中国学习所需的学费和生活费。It must cover the tuition fees and living expense needed for study in China.
6.无犯罪记录证明Non-criminal record report. 申请人须提交由所在地公安机关出具的有效期内的无犯 罪记录证明，通常应为提交申请之日前 6 个月以内的证明文件。The applicant shall submit a valid certificate of on-Criminal Record issued by the local public security authority, usually issued within 6 months prior to the submission date of the application.
7. 未满18周岁的申请人须提交其在中国境内委托法定监护人的相关法律文件。Applicants under the age of 18 shall submit relevant legal documents of his/her entrusted legal guardians in China.
8. 有效签证页Valid visa page. 目前在中国境内的申请人，应提供其当前签证或居留许可页复印件。Applicants who are in China currently should provide a copy of the page of his/her current visa or residence permit.
注意:通过系统上传的材料须清晰、真实、有效。建议申请人使用专业设备扫描需提交的有关文件，因材料不清晰或无法识别造成的后果由申请人承担。Reminder: Uploaded supporting documents must be clear, authentic and valid.
